Purpose of This Petition

We, the undersigned residents of Ninety Degrees Luxury Apartments, respectfully submit this petition regarding the electric vehicle charging stations provided within our community. We deeply value the amenities that make Ninety Degrees a wonderful place to call home, and we are grateful for the team's ongoing attention to our community. We write together, in a cooperative spirit, to bring the current condition of the chargers to management's attention and to request their prompt review and repair.

Reliable charging is an amenity many of us rely on daily, and one that we pay for as part of our residency. Our shared goal is simply to be able to use the chargers as intended, and we are confident that, working together with the management team, this can be resolved quickly and smoothly.

Our Request

We kindly request an immediate review and inspection of all electric vehicle charging stations on the property, to be completed by the end of next week — no later than Friday, July 17, 2026. A timely assessment will allow the community to identify which units are fully operational and which require attention.

Our Request for Repair and Replacement

Following the review, we respectfully ask that management take the following action, ordering any necessary parts immediately so that repairs are not delayed:

• Repair or replace any charging station that is not functioning properly, including any unit with a broken plug, connector, cable, or other damaged component; and
• Order all replacement parts and equipment immediately upon identifying a fault, so that no charger remains out of service longer than necessary.

Because residents pay for access to this amenity, our aim is straightforward: that every charging station be safe, functional, and available for the residents who depend on it. We appreciate management's partnership in making that possible.

Thank you for your time, your attention, and your continued care for our community. We look forward to a prompt and positive response, and we are happy to make ourselves available should management wish to discuss any of the above.
